Facebook New-Hire Onboarding

Dealing with COVID-19 was hard for everyone. And new hires at Facebook faced the additional challenge of fitting into their new work environment. Luckily, the onboarding team had a program to welcome new hires and help them deal with the new realities and challenges of working from home — which now stands for "Where Facebook Happens.”

Working with a copywriter at Beyond, I designed the characters and animated the piece as well as the sound design. The characters were inspired by the various companies inside Meta/Facebook: Instagram, WhatsApp, and Oculus.
