GoCrisp.com - Lettuce Design System
Founded in 2016, Crisp built a groundbreaking open-data platform that revolutionizes supply chain management. While the platform showed incredible promise, we encountered a significant hurdle: our apps were at different maturity levels, creating a disjointed user experience.
This fragmentation affected both user satisfaction and our ability to secure upcoming funding rounds.
Collaborated with the product and engineering teams to develop an implementation plan that would minimize disruption to current users. To kickoff the project, I conducted a UX audit to identify the platform's most-used app components, allowing us to create maximum impact in minimal time.
